Pualani Estates is a very popular new home development in Kailua Kona. Currently in the third (and possible) final phase of building, there are a limited number of homes to be built. This hit the market to much fanfare and it was off to the races. There were multiple offers made, and the property went into escrow very quickly.
In breaking news….the property has fallen out of escrow and is back on the market!
