Maintenance fees for 1 bedroom units are ($564/mo) and include: Project wide wireless internet, water, basic cable, sewer, trash pick up and maintenance to outside of buildings/grounds, exterior insurance, parking and HOA reserve. 2 bedroom unit HOA fees are $755/mo. In a wonderful cost saving measure – the HOA recently installed photovoltaic solar to minimize common area electric costs and put new roofs on the entire complex in 2012.

In 2014 there were two sales in the project, both 2 bedroom units, that closed at 460K (oceanfront unit) and 350K (non oceanfront) – Sea Village Sales.
